It looks as they I pushed myself too hard on the Treadmill at the Gym yesterday, struggled to sleep last night due to bone pain in my recovering leg.
Walking today is quite an effort. I ended up going to the Gym but only worked on my upper body.
I have my next Clinic appointment on Monday and will speak to the Dr's then, hopefully it's only a minor setback.

Morning weigh in 66.9kg
Went shopping today and stocked up on some of the stuff on Michelle's Pre-Season Task List.
I found that most of what I usually buy is pretty healthy, I just have to watch portion control.
Second session at the Gym today, did 50 minutes on the Treadmill and 10 minutes on the Bike.
Back to weights again for me tomorrow :)

Okay here they come, the dreaded photos!
My thighs are so large that they are making me look like a midget lol
Not that I am tall or anything, but if you compare this with my early 20's photo, you wouldn't realize that I am 158cm
Weighed in at the Gym but it was evening and the scales said 67.4kg but I will weigh again in the morning like I always do.
Thigh 62.5cm
Waist 94.5cm
Hips 104cm
Yikes!

The above pictures tell a story, where I once was and the pictures you will see later are of where I am now!
First photo taken in my early 20's when I was a size 6
Second photo after the birth of my daughter and a healthy 50kg
I was one of those girls that most people hated, I could eat whatever I wanted, how much I wanted and would not gain any weight. I varied between 40-48kg
I never went to the Gym but have a naturally muscular body, I was very active but not in the exercise form.
People always said how they gained weight after they had kids, I honestly just saw it as an excuse.
After the birth of my first child I was happy that I was 50kg, it was a weight I always tried to get too but could only manage it for a week or two before dropping back down to 40's.
I had my second child four years later and just three months after giving birth I was pregnant again!
I hadn't had a chance to lose the weight from the second child, but worse still was that I lost my mother to cancer just under two months after giving birth to my third child. (April 2008)
I started drinking heavily, usually half a bottle of vodka and orange juice a day. I started gaining more weight than when I was pregnant.
10 months later I separated from my partner of 8yrs and shortly after had a nervous breakdown which landed me in hospital.
Some time after that, I really disassociated myself from life, and from those that were important in my life. I started training in martial arts and actually lost 16kg. I was 5kg off my goal weight of 55kg when I lost interest.
On October 31st 2009 I had a fall in my friends driveway and caused major damage to my leg and ankle. I was told I would never walk again. I was out of action for around 4 months and started to gain more weight.
I have around 13kg to lose to get to my goal weight of 55kg and now it's time to take action before it gets too out of control. I ain't getting any younger and my metabolism definitely ain't what it use to be.
My first plan of action has been to join a Gym, I am not able to do a lot because of my leg, but will focus on the Treadmill and weights for upper body. As I get fitter and stronger I hope to be able to do a few spin classes. I have my first meeting tomorrow where we will go through measurements and BMI etc.
I will be posting my current photos, I am a bit nervous but they will be great to look back on when I achieve my goals in health, fitness and body transformation.
